Beginners 6 pm - 7 pm
- 3rd - 8th graders
- New to field hockey or 1-2 yrs experience
- Focuses on fundamental skills of the game
Intermediate 7 pm - 8 pm
- 5th -12th graders
- Middle school players, JV level players
- Focuses on higher-level skills and gameplay basics
Advanced 8 pm - 9 pm
- 9th -12th graders
- Varsity-level players (or those who want to be next season), current club players, COMPETITIVE level of play
- Focuses on advanced skills and game IQ
