They will engage in weekly practice sessions throughout the spring, participate in 1 tournament, and take part in  1-2  play days during the scheduled practices. No prior field hockey experience is required, as the aim is to promote a passion for the sport.

who can join the u8 team? 

Eligible participants are individuals born between August 1, 2016, and July 31, 2018. No prior experience in field hockey is required, but a willingness to learn and engage in a team environment is essential.
